Supports Respiratory Health

The respiratory system is made up of the nose, the trachea, breathing muscles, and of course, the lungs. Some factors that may affect the respiratory system include pollution, smoking, and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases such as asthma. Expectorant herbs such as mullein leaves and lobelia may promote relaxed airways, stimulate breathing, and clear mucous from the lungs. Other herbs like fenugreek assist with loosening mucous and clearing congestion. Fenugreek may also support healthy breathing by acting as a throat cleanser and mucus solvent, easing the urge to cough.

Supports Lung Health

Opti-Pulmo™ contains antioxidant-rich and anti-inflammatory herbs that help promote the overall well-being of the lungs. Additionally, herbs like mullein and thyme have traditionally been used to soothe the respiratory tract. Mullein is believed to be an expectorant, an agent for stimulating the production or secretion of phlegm, which may block the lungs' airways during infection. It is also a demulcent. Demulcents provide relief by creating a soothing anti-inflammatory coating over mucous membranes.

Recommendations

As a dietary supplement, take thirty (30) drops with juice or water three (3) times daily. Shake well before using.
