Saw palmetto contains anti-inflammatory properties and can support a reduced number of estrogen and androgen receptors (DHT). DHT is a hormone that plays a role in causing prostate growth.

Some men experience urinary issues from BPH or prostate cancer. Saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil promote reduced inflammation, which may improve urinary flow, ease painful urination, and reduce nighttime bathroom visits. Herbs such as buchu leaves, queen of the meadow, and nettle act as diuretics, and have been shown to support improved urinary tract issues associated with BPH.

Recommendations
