Supports General Well-being

Bee pollen has an abundant nutritional profile with over 250 biologically active substances. This includes proteins, carbs, lipids, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants. It is considered one of nature’s most complete foods. The nutrients found in bee pollen are vital to overall health and may help individuals who are malnourished and not consuming appropriate amounts of these nutrients.

Provides Antioxidants

Antioxidants protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Bee pollen has a variety of antioxidants, including flavonoids, carotenoids, quercetin, kaempferol, and glutathione. Royal Jelly is believed to promote reduced oxidative stress caused by free radicals and support reduced inflammation. This is due to specific amino acids, fatty acids, and phenolic compounds found in royal jelly. Propolis provides additional antioxidant support with polyphenols that assist in fighting disease and damage in the body.
